PAD-SLAPPER provides mobile labor only. The customer supplies the parts. The shop does not sell parts and does not mark up parts.

A booking is a request for a driveway visit in the service area. The technician confirms the time after the job is paid, except for a free inspection.

Brake pad installations include a 30-day labor warranty. If the brakes fail because of our work, we return and correct that labor at no charge within 30 days of the service date. The customer covers the pad cost, must notify the shop the same day, and must provide the vehicle details.

The warranty does not cover accidents, abuse, or defective pads supplied by the customer. Refund rules are on the refund policy page.
